The best thing about a cookie recipe is that we all like cookies.

Here’s a great cookie recipe that anyone can make, even my husband!

In these times of economic recession, it is very difficult to go out every weekend and have fun.

Here comes the best way to have fun with the family – baking cookies.

Almost everyone from kids to old aged people loves to eat cookies.

One survey found that chocolate chip cookies are an all time favorites followed by oatmeal cookies and then peanut butter cookies.

You can search Google for some of the best cookie recipes and tips. Everyone has their favorite cookies and using the internet is a great way to find a recipe for the cookie you like the best.

If you want to have more fun, include some games or activities. These activities can really make those baking times really enjoyable and they will probably become good memories of some really fun times.

Here is my best cookie recipe ( and yes, it has chocolate in it!):

All-purpose flour – 4 ¼ cups
Baking Soda – 1 teaspoon
Softened Butter – 1 ½ cups
Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon
Sugar – 1 ¼ cups
Firmly packed brown sugar – 1 ¼ cups
Fresh Eggs – 2
Vanilla Essence – 1 tablespoon
Chocolate chips or chunks – 2 cups or 12 ounces

Easy method for you to follow:

Preheat the oven to 375 F. Mix all-purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder in a medium bowl and keep it aside. For better result, sieve the mixture 4 or 5 times.

Mix butter, sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl. You need to beat at a medium speed until it becomes creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and continue beating till all get mixed up well. At a low speed continue beating while adding flour mixture till you get a uniform mixture. Add chocolate chips and now the dough is ready to bake.

Drop the dough on to ungreased sheets using rounded spoons and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until it gets light golden brown color.

Try this best cookie recipe and enjoy!!!
